We host parties for children turning 2 years and older.

Our play village can accommodate up to 38 little villagers with 40 accompanying adults. Whilst priority is given to the children’s party tables and seating, we ensure that additional dedicated seating is made available for adults.

We do not charge a venue hiring fee. We give exclusive use of our Village to parties where 20 children or more attend.

• Yes, a minimum number of 8 children is required to book any party package.
• Kindly note that parties held on Saturdays and Sundays in the winter period (May to Sept) require a minimum of 20 children to attend.
• Parties held on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer period (October to April) require a minimum of 10 children to attend.
• We’ll gladly accommodate parties that don’t meet the minimum number of children for a Saturday or Sunday party in a midweek party slot.

• The 70% deposit invoice is calculated based on your best estimate of how many children will attend.
• Final RSPVs is required to be confirmed 2 weeks before your event to allow sufficient time to purchase décor.
• Should there be cancellations between when headcount is confirmed and the party, the full cost per head will still be charged. Parents are however welcome to take unused party packs home.

At Imagine, we want to keep things fresh and exciting! We therefore don’t have a list of standard party themes but try and assist each parent with their specific idea. This is of course only possible if a party is booked sufficiently far in advance.

The theme for the party is selected when the booking is confirmed. Subsequent changes to the theme will attract a surcharge.

We do not allow any décor to be brought into the village.

However, you’re welcome to bring in balloon clusters to form part of the table décor.

Where larger balloon arrangements, such as garlands or arches are required, it needs to be organised through us as there is installation involved.

Our aim is to make your event as stress-free for you as possible. That’s why we’ve taken responsibility for sourcing and procuring the décor, doing the set up and tidying up afterwards. We’ve taken on the “worrying”, so that you can focus on the demands of day-to-day life. And because each party reflects on our brand, you know we’ll give a 110% effort.

Other than cake and cupcakes (refer to the Cakeage tab), we do not allow any outside food, beverages or snacks to be brought in.

Each party pack includes the following:

• A packet of pretzels or savoury biscuits
• A packet of jelly sweets
• A chocolate
• Mini fizzers
• A fizzpop
• Marshmallows

As part of the planning process we provide you with several options under each category to choose from, so that the party packs are filled with snacks your little one enjoys!


If your little one has allergies or dietary requirements, please reach out to us so that we can see how best we’re able to assist. Substitutions or changes to our standard offering may attract a surcharge.

• Yes, our coffee bar is open throughout the party and our full beverage and pastry offering can be purchased.
• You’re welcome to run a tab during the party or each attendee can pay as they go.

• We offer a variety of platters for adults to snack on during the party. The full offering is shared during the planning process.
• Each platter serves between 10 to 15 persons and halaal platters are sourced in from an accredited supplier.

• You’re welcome to bring along party favour or gifts as small mementoes of your little Villager’s birthday celebration.
• But as these party favours and gifts aren’t always compatible with our wooden village and toys, we require that children only be given the party favours when they’re leaving the village. Favours can either be placed in party favour bags by the parents or else shared with us and we’ll place them in baskets for the children to take as they exit.
• Please drop of any party favours or gifts during the week of the party for us to have it on hand when doing the setup.

• Special dietary requirements may result in additional costs.
• Deposit of 70% is required to secure the booking with full payment due on the date of the party.
