  • To speed up your entry into the Village, please complete the e-form that was sent in your Dineplan booking confirmation whatsapp message before you arrive. Walk-in visitors will need to use the mounted tables and/or QR codes at reception to complete the e-form.

  • Our friendly receptionist will speedily process payment. Kindly note that we are entirely cashless. During off-peak play, your little Villager will be issued with a colour coded armband. Please keep the armband on for the duration of your visit to the Village.

  • Our team will guide you to your reserved table that was selected based on the number of adults and children you booked for. Please do not change tables as unused tables may be pre-booked and be allocated to a different family yet to arrive.

  • Children are encouraged to explore and discover all that our magical village has to offer and the fun really begins when the child’s imagination is set free. Our little villagers choose where to play and for how long.  Parents are invited to engage with their children and encourage exploration too.  While the children play, our magic makers will discreetly clean up and return bits and bobs to each role-play pod so they can be played with over and over again.
  • The sensory play pod has been carefully designed for our youngest villagers aged 0 – 24 months. This pod has been aesthetically incorporated into the Village but remains decidedly separate by being only accessible via the seating area. This pod is furnished with play mats, mobiles, sensory toys, fine and gross motor coordination toys, tummy-time kits, puzzles, books and soft toys. Parents or carers are encouraged to connect with their little ones in the pod and play freely with the variety of toys on offer.
  • Both the Village and Sensory play pod are clearly demarcated from the seating area. We ask that toys not be removed from the play areas and similarly that food and beverages are not taken from the seating area into the play areas.
  • During the play session parents and carers must please remain on site and are free to enjoy an assortment of delicious and refreshing beverages made by our skilled Baristas, while chatting to friends or catching up on work. We offer an assortment of baked goods as well as kid-centric meals.  Check out our menu for more details.
  • Orders are placed at the coffee bar. You can either wait for your order at the coffee bar or our team can bring it out to your table.
  • After each peak play session the Village is briefly closed to allow us to reset and clean the play areas. This ensures that each child can benefit from experiencing the village at its absolute best.
