Rules of Play
1. Ticket Purchase
Children aged 2 and older who can walk unaided are required to purchase a ticket to play in the Village.
Children between the ages of 0 and 24 months who can walk unaided may, with a guardian’s consent, purchase a ticket to play in the Village whilst also having access to the sensory play area.
Children between the ages of 0 and 24 months who cannot yet walk unaided, are required to purchase a ticket to play in the sensory play area and will not have access to play in the Village.
A colour coded armband may be given to each child upon entry.
2. Supervision
All children in attendance are to be supervised by a parent or carer who must remain on site during the play session.
3. Respect
We aim to promote a calm and enjoyable environment – we want everyone (including the grownups) to have a great time. No fighting, bullying or offensive language will be tolerated. Any offenders will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
4. Gentle Hands, Gentle Play
Be soft, be kind, no running or jumping.
5. Food and Drinks
No food or drink is allowed in the Village or sensory play area.
No food, snacks or drinks are allowed to be brought to the Village and consumed on site except for children’s water bottles.
6. Feeling unwell
We ask that children (and grownups) who are unwell, or who have recently been unwell, to please refrain from visiting for 48 hours.
7. Grownups, take care
Our play pods are purpose-built for our little Villagers. Accompanying parents and carers are urged to be aware of lower doorways and mind their heads as they enter and exit a pod.
8. Health and Safety
For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report the incident to a member of staff.
9. Leave with only good memories
Upon leaving, please ensure all play items are left behind.
We understand that items may mistakenly land up in bags via the hands of little Villagers, and if so, kindly please return as soon as possible.
10. Our most important rule
Have fun!
